গত ৩ আগস্ট বঙ্গ নামের প্রতিষ্ঠানের ইউটিউব চ্যানেল ‘বঙ্গবিডি’ থেকে কুসুম সিকদারের ‘নেশা’ শিরোনামে একটি মিউজিক ভিডিও মুক্তি পায়। মুক্তির পর থেকে ভিডিওতে কুসুম সিকদারের খোলামেলা ও আবেদনময়ী উপস্থিতি নিয়ে গণমাধ্যমে ও সামাজিক মাধ্যমে জোর সমালোচনা চলছে। এবার এ গানটির বৈধ-অবৈধ সব ভিডিও ও টিজার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ইউটিউব থেকে সরিয়ে ফেলার জন্য আইনি নোটিশ দেয়া হয়েছে।
রোববার ই-মেইল, ডাক ও কুরিয়ারযোগে গানটির প্রকাশক ‘বঙ্গ’সহ গানটির মডেল কুসুম সিকদার ও খালেদ হোসাইন সুজনকে আইনি নোটিশটি পাঠিয়েছেন সুপ্রিম কোর্টের আইনজীবী আফতাব উদ্দিন ছিদ্দিকী রাগিব।
একইসঙ্গে বিটিআরসি চেয়ারম্যান, তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ বিভাগের ভারপ্রাপ্ত সচিব, সংস্কৃত মন্ত্রণালয় সচিব, তথ্যসচিবকেও নোটিশ পাঠানো হয়।

তারপর একের পর এক আপত্তিকর, যৌন উত্তেজক ও অশ্লীল দৃশ্য। নোটিশে আরও বলা হয়, ভিডিওটিতে ৫টি শাওয়ারের দৃশ্য, ৭টি সুইমিং পুলের দৃশ্য, ১টি শয্যাদৃশ্য ও ৩টি চুম্বন দৃশ্য রয়েছে।
গানের কথার সঙ্গে এসব দৃশ্যের কোনো মিল বা সংযোগ নেই। নিতান্তই গানকে দ্রুত জনপ্রিয় করার সস্তা রাস্তা হিসেবে ওই সব দৃশ্য সংযোজন করা হয়েছে।
